For brand new students age 4 and up

Students will learn the introductory basics of Irish dancing

No shoes required

(first payment includes a $40 registration fee)

1-2 classes per week

Dancers who have moved out of the beginner level and can perform their reel and light jig steps with minimal assistance.  

Softshoes required, introduction to hardshoe.

Select 2 classes per week

Dancers who have moved out advanced beginner by learning and placing 1st, 2nd or 3rd in all of their dances.

Softshoe and hardshoe are required

Select 2-3 classes per week

Dancers who have moved into full prizewinner in competition.

softshoe and hardshoe are required.

Select 3 classes per week

Dancers at this level will have placed 1st in prizewinner in all four of their core dances, reel, slip jig, heavy, jig and hornpipe. This level qualifies dancers for a solo at our regional world qualifying competition, Mid-Atlantic Oireachtas.

Select 3-4 classes per week

Dancers will move to this level once they have placed 1st in three prelim championships. This is the top level of Irish Dance grading and qualifies dancers to compete on a national and international stage.
